Complaints Choir Song So Far

This is probably much too over-people's-heads. But these are some first thoughts I jotted down this morning. The song will be written by Wednesday night and the music will be composed by Thursday.

Washington DC:

- Where rain and snow are considered terrorist attacks

Washington DC:

- Where afterschool programs are replaced with classes on namedropping.

Washington DC:

- Where an evening on 495 is considered nightlife.

Washington DC:

- Where think tanks rarely think, but always get tanked.

Washington DC:

- Where rats are bigger than Smithsonian Museums

Washington DC:

- Where traffic circles have more influence than roundtables.

Washington DC:

- Where kickball is considered a national pasttime.

Washington DC:

- Where Tower Records is replaced by (silence)... (conductor turns around) NOTHING!!!

Washington DC:

- Where getting to the airport takes longer than the flight.

Washington DC:

- Where a Jack and Coke costs more than preventive care.

Washington DC:

- Where a night in Adams Morgan means ripping your prom dress in half.
